Literary Newsletter and Calendar for Sonoma County. Northern California Journals and Presses. Nevada SCBWI serves the entire state, and we often have participants from northern California, greater Sierra area, and surrounding SW desert regions. We have active volunteers in Reno, Carson City, Tahoe, Las Vegas, Henderson, and Boulder City areas. We offer events and critique groups in our region.

Was founded in 1957, and was organized to provide an opportunity for Rochester area artists to develop their creative abilities through regular meetings, demonstrations, and exhibits. The group strives to maintain high standards creatively and ethically, and maintain its not-for-profit status by striving to culturally enrich the surrounding community. Members enjoy a late summer paint-out at Braddock Bay.
